What began many years ago as a small team investing in Madison multifamily properties has grown into a full-scale investment group serving investors across Wisconsin and beyond. Through Wisco Real Estate, our team built a reputation for honesty, discipline, and results — values that continue to guide every fund and partnership we create today.
We founded Wisco Investment Group to give investors access to the same opportunities we pursue ourselves: dependable real assets, clear structures, and alignment that keeps everyone on the same side of the table.
The Wisco Way isn’t just how we invest — it’s how we show up. It means putting relationships before returns, transparency before transactions, and long-term results over quick wins. It’s the belief that how we earn matters just as much as what we earn.
Wisco Investment Group was founded on relationships, not transactions. We believe the best investments start with trust, shared goals, and clear communication.
Our philosophy is simple: invest in what we understand, stay disciplined through every market cycle, and treat our investors like partners — because that’s exactly what they are.
Gordon believes real estate investing should be accessible to everyone — not just the wealthy. Since becoming a full-time investor in 2007, he’s completed over 100 home renovations across four states, originated more than 200 private mortgages, and sponsored multiple multifamily syndications — all without a loss of principal. As a licensed broker, he’s sold nearly 400 properties in Dane County and beyond, and as co-owner of Renew Management, he’s overseen hundreds of local units.
Gordon lives in Windsor with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, you’ll find him traveling the Midwest competing on the Kansas City Barbeque Society circuit.
With over 15 years in real estate investment, brokerage, development, and property management, Tony brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Wisco team. He currently serves as Head of International Business Development for Senior Care Realty, co-owns LTR Investments, and is a member of the International Syndication Mentoring Club.
A UW–Madison graduate, Tony has built, operated, and successfully exited multiple businesses and is known for his creative approach to deal structuring. He lives in Wisconsin with his wife, April, their three children. When he’s not working, you’ll find him outdoors—golfing, hunting, fishing, or catching a great comedy show.
A UW–Madison graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Darin found his calling in multifamily real estate after starting his career in construction. He helped grow a Madison-area portfolio from 500 to over 800 units within a few years—improving communities while delivering strong returns for investors.
As the driving force behind Renew Management, Darin combines deep local knowledge, strong industry relationships, and operational excellence, making him a trusted leader in Madison’s multifamily market.
With over 15 years in property management, Mark has overseen the financial performance and daily operations of hundreds of units across the Madison area — from value-add properties to luxury multifamily communities. Alongside his wife, Jen, he’s spent the past decade buying, rehabbing, and selling homes and condos while also providing private lending to local investors.
Known for his transparency and service-first approach, Mark’s mission is to make every investor feel like family. He holds a BBA in Marketing from UW–Whitewater.
